Who can take a franchisee-
– Any person, Institutions, Organizations or other entities like Corner Shop, Paan, Grocery, Stationary Shop, Small Shopkeeper etc. can take post office franchisees.
Apart from this, newly started urban townships, special economic zones, newly started industrial centers, colleges, polytechnics, universities, professional colleges etc. can also take up franchise work. To take a franchise, a form has to be submitted. Selected people must sign a MOU with the department.
The person should be at least 18 years of age.
