• Address Proof (Electricity Bill / Water Bill / Telephone Bill).

2. Open the E-Bitaran Odisha Portal from the home page.
3. Scroll down the page and Search the Application Form Link and Download it.
4. Take a printout of it and fill up application form details.
5. Attach the required documents.
6. Submit the application form to the DFO Office along with the application fee.
7. After verifying all documents, the department will issue the Ration Card.
8. Department will take 30-40 days to issue the Ration Card.
